For the whole of August Wednesday nights at 7pm at Applecroft School in Welwyn Garden City will not be running. This is due to the school refurbishing the hall. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Remember there are still classes at Ludwick Family Club on Monday and Thursday evenings, Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
We are sorry to announce that from July 2010 the Thursday class at WATFORD GRAMMAR SCHOOL FOR GIRLS
will be closed but the Tuesday 7.00pm is running as normal.
We hope to restart the thursday class again in January 2011.
Monday 6.15pm at Hobletts Manor School Hemel Hempstead will close from 26th July but the 7.30pm will run as normal.

Each Jazzercise instructor is professionally trained and certified by Jazzercise, Inc. All instructors are CPR certified and receive continuing education in all aspects of dance and exercise physiology. Instructor training curriculum and course materials are consistent with the AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Basic Standards and Guidelines. Instructors are trained to demonstrate modifications to apply to varying fitness levels and teaching skills are carefully monitored to assure the high standards of Jazzercise, Inc.
My team of instructors Felicity, Clare, Kelly, Caroline, myself and our newest recruits Joanne and Tracey, hope that you can make it to as many classes as possible and get the maximum fun from your workout. We believe that if you can enjoy your fitness then you'll keep coming and we get to see you more often to help with your fitness.
